LOOT will gladly exchange an item for online store credit only. Items in perfect, new condition with all original tags and packaging can be returned for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and liability for lost or stolen packages without proof of delivery to LOOT. If any mistakes have been made on your order please contact us.
